As mentioned in previous newsletters, the number of Covid-19 related lawsuits and legal actions across Canada are increasing as the government’s official narrative continues to crumble.

Some of the new legal cases include a retired provincial premier suing the Federal government over their illegal travel restrictions and more employees filing lawsuits over their employer’s damaging Covid-19 workplace policies.

However, here in British Columbia the most intense legal battles happening right now appear to be those in the healthcare field. Despite critical staff shortages that have already been happening for years, thousands of healthcare workers have been fired for refusing to take the Covid-19 experimental injections.

BC Provincial Health Officer Bonnie Henry has now turned her focus toward private healthcare providers, including dentists and hygienists, physio and massage therapists, chiropractors, optometrists, acupuncturists and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, along with other health professions.

Originally demanding that all of these healthcare workers receive the Covid-19 experimental injections by March 24th, she backed down after facing legal pressure against her and instead ordered that they disclose their private medical information including vaccination status.

However, a large and growing group of healthcare providers representing these various health professions have united together and are taking legal action to challenge the Health Professionals Covid-19 Vaccination Status Information and Preventive Measures Order.

Among the many false statements and misinformation made in the Order:

1) unvaccinated people in close contact with other people promotes the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 to a greater extent than vaccinated people in the same situations

This statement is in complete contradiction to a recent letter written by the Chief Medical Health Officer of Vancouver Coastal Health Dr. Patricia Daly. This same doctor, who admitted that vaccine passports were not about health & safety but were implemented to “create an incentive”, writes that “current scientific evidence, including BC data, indicates that Covid-19 vaccination…is not effective at preventing infection or transmission of the Omicron variant of the virus… Therefore, there is now no material difference in likelihood that a… vaccinated or unvaccinated may be infected and potentially infectious to others.”

2) the continued presence of unvaccinated people in the population…constitutes a health hazard

The government’s own data already shows that private healthcare workers have had very low rates of Covid-19 and with no reported cases of transmission within clinics. The latest data is also showing that the experimental injections have been ineffective at stopping the transmission of Omicron, confirming the recent statements made by Vancouver Coastal Health. Data collected from around the world also shows that the injections have not stopped the transmission and spread of Covid-19, including the most highly vaccinated countries such as Israel and Gibraltar.

In the meantime, new data continues to be released that is questioning the safety and effectiveness of the Covid-19 experimental injections and concerns are even being raised now by insurance companies dealing with all of the adverse reactions.

For these reasons and more, healthcare professionals are standing together to oppose vaccine mandates because it infringes on the legal right to informed consent without coercion, intimidation, or threats, and it violates the privacy of medical records by demanding the disclosure of vaccination status.
