What Kind of a Year?

We’re only a month in, but if 2020 could be characterized as a year of Covid-19 pandemic fear and chaos, perhaps 2021 will be known as the year of lawsuits and court cases.

As thousands of doctors, epidemiologists, scientists, and other medical health experts from around the world continue to come forward and speak out against what they call the devastating physical and mental harm being caused by ongoing lockdown measures, many of them have signed the Great Barrington Declaration which calls for the Focused Protection of vulnerable people while immediately opening up society and returning life back to normal for the rest of the population.

Internationally renowned infectious disease experts are also being used as key witness testimony for the many legal challenges that are now making their way to the court systems across the globe.

As previously mentioned, a group of doctors, medical experts, and lawyers in Germany formed the Corona Investigative Committee and are working on a series of class action lawsuits in response to the Covid-19 lockdown measures which they describe as nothing less than “crimes against humanity”.

In a recent interview update, one of the German lawyers working on the case emphasized that one of their main claims, backed by scientific evidence, is that the “PCR test used for testing Covid-19 is fraudulent, meaningless, and incapable of diagnosing any disease” and that “a positive PCR test does not mean that someone is infected with anything at all”, a viewpoint that was recently upheld in the Portugal court system when judges ruled that forcing the quarantine of some tourists who had tested positive was illegal based on the unreliability of the PCR test which has now been shown to have up to over 90% false positives and can even be triggered by completely healthy people.

One of the UK scientists providing expert testimony in the German lawsuit has gone into much more detail on explaining why the PCR test is so misleading and how it has artificially inflated the actual number of positive Covid-19 cases. This former VP of Respiratory Research at Pfizer pharmaceuticals with over three decades of experience working with immunology and respiratory diseases, along with another German respiratory specialist, filed in December a petition to the European Medicines Agency to immediately suspend all of the Covid-19 vaccine studies in Europe due to a list of serious safety concerns, including possible infertility in women from placenta damage as well as potentially fatal allergic and auto-immune reactions.

Sadly, some of these concerns are already being seen as the roll out continues although much of the public has not received legal informed consent regarding the experimental nature of these vaccines or the fact that even the clinical trials surrounding their safety and effectiveness have not been completed yet and won’t be for a few more years.

Closer to home here in Canada, where lockdowns in varying severity across the country continue to be justified primarily by the number of “cases” resulting from the ever increasing volume of PCR tests being done, a class action lawsuit against the BC government was filed this past week in the Supreme Court of British Columbia which will challenge whether the government’s actions are illegal and unconstitutional, while another group is preparing and filing a similar lawsuit in the near future.

This second lawsuit is being conducted by the same lawyer who in July launched a constitutional court challenge in Ontario against the lockdown measures being taken by the Federal government as well as several other defendants including the media and is even working now with a group of police officers who have growing concerns about the violation and breaching of Canadian fundamental freedoms by law enforcement, done under the guise of enforcing emergency provincial health orders but which are still supposed to remain protected under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

As more people begin to personally experience the negative impact of the lockdown measures – cancelled or delayed surgeries and other vital medical treatments, mental health issues including anxiety and depression, social isolation, job loss, business closures, out of control government spending and spiralling debt, increased domestic violence and drug overdoses, suicides of despair, and the continued erosion of our freedoms and rights – it’s looking like this might be the year that those responsible for all of the damage will need to do some explaining in the courts of law.
